Everyone Group defaults to EMPLOYEE_MAINTENANCE form

Hi,

Need advise on how to remove the Group- 'Everyone' from the EMPLOYEE_MAINTENANCE.

Every time I create a employee for a different roles like - Associate, Manager, Stock etc, the 'Everyone' group is attached to it by itself and which is the reason why the group_membership is populated with additional access.

Is there a configuration change or code change to achieve it. Please advise.
