Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Why can customer be updated on sale order even after it is booked, released, or picked? Is this not

Customer can be updated by user even if order has been booked, released, or picked.

Only after it is shipped the customer becomes non-updateable.

I have following questions:

1. How can we prevent updation of customer after sale order is booked? Is there a setup option?

2. Is there a business reason why system allows this updation even after release and picking?
