Late Charges Final Batch transferred status = Error but header and lines show success

Running R12.1.3  11.2.0.4 db on 64bit SLES11.

User Ran late charge in Final mode, and the Batch shows up with transferred_status = E (Error), however the Interest header shows success . Finance Charges added to Invoice.

ar_interest_batches_all. batch_status = ‘F’

ar_interest_batches_all. transferred_status = ‘E’

ar_interest_headers_all.process_status = ‘S’

Concurrent Request Log files do not show any error.

Unfortunately ran Late charges Generate (ARCALATM) with Enable debug set to No. Hence no details in the log file.

How can we identify what the error was ?

Please advise.
