Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We have about 315 AR Credit Memo Request Approvals (ARCMREQ) where are stuck at the Credit Memo Creation Problem - Inform Receivable Role.

1. The notification says there is an error, yet no error is listed.

2. Why does this notification spawn off?

3. Who should the "receivable role" be assigned to? Documentation?
