Essbase Smartview error while connecting database "Member not found"

Hello,

While retrieving data in smartview (11.1.2.5.720 Build 119) for Essbase cube getting the error as "member not found" and it does not give any more information and not retrieving the data.

It's a Active-Passive clustering, we are able to open the metadata from EAS console, Maxl is also working fine.

Please suggest
