Can we check connection test between ARM and FDMEE

We are using Hyperion ARM 11.1.2.3.501 and facing an issue with data load. While loading balances from ARM, after competing staging process the data load step (2nd tick) getting failed with the below error. Is there any way to test the connection between ARM and FDMEE?

Fyi - All the services are up and running and the load was success in dev with same file and data load
