Authorized users expected to receive email notification or not?
Hi again.
Our system went live on 1 April 2018 hence we've been receiving lots of production support related questions.
One question from our EX user is whether an authorized user for expense reports is supposed to receive system notification (in our case, email notification) when the reports are approved/denied/pushed back.
Would appreciate it if someone could advise us about this.
