Can not able to connect Change assistant to oracle support for UX one datapack download?

Hi All,

I am not able to connect the change assistant to download the ux one datapack?

I have already try by changing & JRE for change assistant.

JDE AR 9.2

JDE TR 9.2.2.1

Please let me know how to connect the change assistant for download the ux one datapack.
