Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. "No Backend Server available"

Hi,

After restart JDE services, face error : "No Backend Server available", ..wait 10 minutes and jde services start ok and log in access ok too.

this issue from JDE or networking layer?
