How to map missed combinations in FR Studio

Hi All,

I have a  requirement as follows:

I am using FR Studio 11.1.2.4.560.

My report is looks like this.

Support is mapped like this. It has combination of Cost Center/Accounts/Project.

Here first row shows the range combination (FROM and TO)

FROM:

Cost Center -200

Account - 70000

Project  - 000

TO:

Cost Center -299

Account - 79999

Project  - MAP

There is no data for 200,70000 in the cube structure (Client said sometimes data may not be there).

There is no data for 79999, MAP in the cube structure.

How to map these combinations (range) in the FR studio without having data for some cost centers/accounts/projects.
