OTL, Regular working hours VS Overttime

Hi,

I have a requirement to create a new OTL Rule to validate working hours against overtime hours on a daily basis .

The role of this rule is to check if the employee reached his Normal working hours per Day (HR assignment   Normal Hours /number of working days ) , if so, then Overtime is allowed.

If not, then Overtime is not allowed.

Is there any seeded FF or Functions exist for this ? if not , any suggestions ?
