Kit R42520

Hey team,

Just would like to clarify when kits split during R42520.

I have location 1 with a quantity of 1.

I have location 2 with a quantity of 1.

I create a sales order for a quantity of 2 at location 1. When I run R42520 with Hard Commit turned on I get an additional line in R42520. However, there is only one additional line created for the Component but not the Parent. I would assume this is functioning as designed? Is there a process to add 2 new lines (Parent and Component)?

We are trying to use integration and need the parent to equal the component. So we would need 4 lines total after R42520 runs:
