OCM license and DNBI

Hi Friends,

I am new to OCM and have few clarifications on OCM...

   1. Our business like to explore OCM but they would like to know the licensing information. Some of the business users does not have access to Oracle Application but they like to use OCM.

       Is it possible to be used OCM with self service like iproc/isupplier?

   2. Anyone using Oracle Credit Mangement with DNBI?

              If you are using DNBI, how are you connecting to DNBI and getting the files? We do not have SOA.  What all are needed in order to communicate with DNBI and get the information?
