Supplier Tax Payerid disappearing

Hi All,

Anyone having this issue.. If so how to resolve this?

We are on Oracle Apps version 12.2.5, on supplier form disappearing tax payer id randomly though we see the tax payer id field contains data on the back end table.

Business trying to enter the tax payer id (since it does not show the tax payer id) on the form, they are getting an error as follows

Even though the tax payer id is not duplicate.
