Employee Schedules - Associate Holiday Calendar

I am not seeing my holiday calendar associated to my work calendar and am wondering what I am missing.  

In Foundation Calendars and P01311, I created a work schedule for the year (Company 1 Full Time) as type WRKSCH for Identifier Type CO and entity = 00001.   This calendar has activities for every work day of the year from 8-12 and 1-5 each day, Monday through Friday.   The Company 00001 Holidays calendar has the company holidays for the same identifier and type (CO, 00001).  See screenshot showing holiday calendar and in May,  Memorial Day.  I then associated the holiday calendar to the work calendar via P01311 Calendar Associations.  A webcast I am watching indicates that you will then see
