Performance of RAID1 and RAID10

Hi,

Assuming i have 2 pools. a rpool with 2 x 600GB disks in RAID1 config, and a 2nd pool  4 x 300GB  (assuming 300GB disks is available) disks in RAID10.

So am i right to say that the performance of the 2nd pool will be better because it consists of 2 vdev, more bandwidth even thought it has the same capacity as rpool?
