We have recently upgraded from R12.2.4 to R12.2.7, In the Migrated service contracts the customer contacts created through service contract authoring form (Tools>Maintain contact) have disappeared buy only the Email appears but the customer contact attached with customer selected in the service contract are not disappeared or disturbed. Similiarly in the upgraded R12.2.7 when we try to create customer contact through service contract authoring form (Tools>Maintain contact) it is giving error as "Select a valid Contact by clicking the Find button" and allowing only the customer contact attached with the customer to get selected.Kindly help if anyone have faced this
