Some lines are visible in IB for contract

Hi,

I am expiring instance in IB and creating new instance for the same and linking newly created instance with Contract however, i see that in IB for contract only some lines are visible but before expiring many lines were present.

Also, getting one custom error which is fired when there is no config for expired CSM (instance) so i think relationship between newly created instance and config instance is not done properly(return status is 'S')

Can anyone please help?
