Issue with Implementing Oracle Procurement Command Center Plus

Dear all,

We're facing an issue during the implementation of Oracle Procurement Command Center (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18727_01/doc.121/e70191/toc.htm )

1. Error when running The Full Load Graph

( we applied the patch as per  Endeca Incremental Load Failed Error: Component [Run Load Data Incremental:RUN_LOAD_DATA_INCREMENTAL (Doc ID 2360336.1) ) but still face the issue.

2. At Buyer Work Center : we got ERROR when opening the Tab Procurement Operations DashBoard :

Error

You are not authorized to access this function PO_SCC_OPERATIONAL_FN. Please contact your System Administrator

Any Experience in this implementation.
