Avoid Showing duplicates records in Pick Applet

Hi ,

We have created Owner constrain pick applet based on Employee skill BC. It is showing unique Employee records for the positive scenario. But in the negative scenario it shows duplicate employee records since one employee has multiple skills.

We want to show the unique employee records always in the constrain pick applet. Is there any OOB configuration setup is available to show the unique records in the pick applet?
