JDE scheduler : job launcher time is not getting updated regularly

Hello Oracle Team ,

We are using JDE 9.2

Tool release : 9.2.2.4

Application version: 9.2

I have scheduled the job which run every minute for 15 days using JDE scheduler  . But job launches for single time via scheduler and then it do not launch . I found that job launcher time was 00:00:00 .

Then I followed the below steps but they also did not work -

• Stop or restart the Scheduler server.
• Pause the job launcher or job monitor.
• Reset the Scheduler server.
• Refresh the Scheduler server settings.

Scheduler kernel is on autostart mode.  I looked into the scheduler kernel logs . Please find the below screenshot.

Also please find the attached jdedebug.log file .   Please  help us to solve this issue.
