Project Initiation BP

We created a Business Process to initiate a Project Idea. That means, If a user has an Idea for a Project, he can fill a form and send it into a discussion where the responsible persons decide, wether this Idea will be pursuit as a project or not.

So we build a BP with a Workflow where you can create an Idea and fill a form, then send this form to revision, they decide an can either accept or decline. In this phase no real project exist, just a idea. We made it as a simple Shell/Project Creation BP.
