Concurrent Request email notification

Hi,

Please, if anyone can advise - i have 2 queries on Notification for completed conc requests

ebs version 12.1.3

1. I have scheduled Create Accounting in both AP and AR - and assigned notifications upon completion - but email notification shows completed normal but in actual the Accounting Program (spawned process) could be in error (for whatever reasons) - how do I get the notification to tell me when error instead of just completed normal.

2. Request Set - if I have multiple child requests for a parent request set - how do I get notification if the child request completed in error if I only scheduled the parents with notification upon completion?
