Order calculation rounding amount handling for donations

We have got the new request for below functionality in Order calculation.

During Order calculation, if the order total has the amount with decimals, then based on selection from customer, the decimal rounded amount need to be added to the donation charge to make it as rounded number.

1. I.e. if the order total is £ 120.30, and if the customer selects option to round and pay decimal amount to donation, then revised order total will be £ 121 and donation charge will be £0.70 (this 0.70 non taxable)

  Can this be handled through the oracle advanced pricing engine to reprice.
