NIS Maps

Hi,

We have an old NIS configuration with a Master and 3 Slaves servers running on Solaris 10.

All the NIS maps are located in /var/yp/src on the Master, however there are no maps in any of the Slave servers. Ive checked ypxfrd which is running and there's no errors in the logs so not quite sure why the maps are not being transferred to the Slaves. Obviously gone through MOS and also searched google but nothing seems to explain why the maps aren't being transferred. In fact there is no /var/yp/src directory on the Slaves unless ive got the working of NIS wrong!
