Could you tell me the reasons why this error is generated?

ERROR: ORA-04063: package body "PRVBILL.BILLING_PRV" has errors

ORA-06508: PL / SQL: could not find program unit being called: "PRVBILL.BILLING_PRV"

ORA-06512: at line 1

and how could I trace it?

The error was presented with several packages. Checking in the dba_errors tala, there is no information.

Also check the dba_registry table; and likewise there is no data.

Your help please.
