How to embed external pdf files in RTF template

Hello Team,

Can someone help me how to insert external pdf files in a RTF template output(pdf). I have a requirement where business wants to attach some pdf files in RTF output which is a PDF output.

Any sources on this will be helpful whether this is achievable in Desktop BI Publisher or not? If yes, what are the ways.
