Oracle 11i EBS after submitting user/password on login page giving error Internal Server Error

Hi,

We are facing error in Oracle 11i EBS,

App.version:-11.5.10.1

DB version:-9.2.0.8.0

After entering username and password on ebs login page it is giving error,

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, applprod@global-e-enterprise.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Below are log detail,

but while accessing oracle ebs logine page it gives error in log
