Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Restore PROD into NON PROD

I am trying to restore the PROD domain backup into a non prod domain. On trying to upgrade the domain it gives below error.

The domain version (15.0.3.30) is newer than the code version (15.0.2.7)

Tried to do patch install, that also failed.

Can you tell me how to proceed?
