Retrieve IBM LTO 6 support logs

Please assist.
I am trying to retrieve the support logs from an IBM LTO6 FC drive. At the moment I can't use port 2B on the Sl8500 as the customer is running backups - ACSLS is the control host and the ACSLS server cable is p;uged into port 2B.
I changed my latop to IP 10.0.0.3 / Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
I installed MDVP. Sysadmin 2.1.1 - I am using the VOP LTO to connect to the drive 10.0.0.1
All i can see is "please see attachment" everything is greyed out.
Is the default IP: 10.0.0.1
I can't see the drive IP address on the SL8500..just saying "N/A"
