Excel Template Builder: process cannot access the file etb.log

Hello,

I have been using the Excel Template Builder quite a while and suddenly today morning, when I launched Excel, opened a template and loaded a Sample XML, and tried to add a field, the template builder is giving me this error:

The process cannot access the file c:\\users\mhathi\AppData\Local\Oracle\BIPublisher\TemplateBuilderforExcel\tmp\etb.log because it is being used by another process.

Any idea how to get around this? I have tried shutting down Excel and restarting it or even shutting down the laptop and restarting it but with same result.
