CPIC Fast Track_BY20_ITPS Map Files

June 13, 2018 - First posting of the ITPS map files.  The xsl file should be the same as the one you used for your BY19 Annual Submission, but I've attached it here for consistency.

July 6, 2018 - Updated the xml files as follows:

1. Added BudgetAuthorityAgencyFundingAmount to the OandM --> BudgetYear node.

2. Added BudgetAuthorityAgencyFundingAmount to the DME --> BudgetYear node.

3. Added TotalAgencyFundingBYBudgetAuthorityAmount to the BudgetAccount node.

July 31, 2018 -  Changes are as follows:

1. Updated the xml files to mark the Data Center Inventory node optional. 

2. Updated the xsl file to export the O&M and DME BudgetAuthorityAgencyFundingAmounts.

3. Updated the Cost Pools and IT Tower names to have "Amount" instead of "Cost"
