Purchasing call off order

I would like to have a minimum order qty of FLM for an item of 500 from a supplier. But when ordering this qty to get the agreed price and commitment to taking the foo i want delivery of 100 per week for 5 weeks. How can this work in Oracle? Thanks Paul
