How to Bypass 'FA_BOOKS_SUMMARY' table from Deprecation Run Request

Currently deprecation run program is taking long time while updating data in ''FA_BOOKS_SUMMARY' table. So we are looking workaround to bypass this table from deprecation run. Is it possible? and what is the conscious after bypass it? Please suggest.
