Terminate a service line with Full Credit from IB Instance Expiration

Hi Experts,

Can you please suggest how to terminate a service line with Full Credit ( Credit to be generated from RMA order of IB line which was included in sub-line of that service line in contract).

Currently while we are making the RMA of non-serialized ib item, the termination date is taking as SYSDATE in contract line, hence the prorated amount is still present in contract line.
