Adding Project Segment to Asset Cost Assition and Asset Cost Adjustment Account for Capital Project

I have some specific accounting requirements for Assets sourced via Capital Projects.

The Addition Accounting Entry (Debit: Addition Cost / Credit: Addition Cost Clearing), should include a derived Project Segment, and the Addition CostClearing should include the ACA Segment (Other).

For the Addition Cost Clearing I can use Source:  Project Asset Line ID  and add the ACA segment value for the relevant asset lines/additions

However I cannot use this source for the Addition Cost. Also Project ID and Project Number are not valid sources.

How can I determine that an asset transaction relates to a capital project and which source can I use to get to my Project ID / data in PA_PROJECTS via a Custom Source?
