how to configure Secure FTP to send List Value at Siebel Marketing Server

I want use SFTP protocol at Siebel Marketing Server 8.1.1.11 instead of FTP protocol to send List of Value to another server that only accepts SFTP connections. How can I configure SFTP protocol?
