i'm new with Siebel IP2017 (18.5).  Questions:

1. how do you "open" or "access" Siebel Web Tools? (http://<domain>/siebel/app/webtools/enu)

2. I can't find any documentation on setting up Siebel Web Tools in Bookshelf.  Do you have an article that we can follow?

3. Should I be able to use Siebel Web Tools within my normal Siebel application GUI?
