ODA Dom0/ODABase relationship

I have an environment with two ODA systems set up for production and test/dev.  Both are running more VM guests than recommended and are tight on memory.  On the production environment the ODABase VM rebooted due to a HBA firmware bug.  After ODABase came back up the guest VMs would cycle through the UNKNOWN/OFFLINE/ONLINE states and would never stabilize.  In the end the solution was to reboot DOM0 which resolved the issues on the first ODABase that rebooted, but also started the same problem on the 2nd node and we had to reboot that dom0 as well.
