Multiple Surchages

Hello,

Does anyone know if it's possible to setup a Transportation Rate Schedule that will apply multiple surcharges based off of the same Net Amount? We have a carrier that adds a Fuel Surcharge % based on the line haul charges. They also add an additional line haul "surcharge" that is also based on the line haul charges. How would I set that up in the Rate Schedule?
