How to handle exceptional cases related to location purge report – R4102P EnterpriseOne 9.1
Normally if any receiver records in the Purchase Order Receiver table (F43121) has the AOPN (Amount Open), UOPN (Quantity Open) or FAP (Foreign Amount Open) as a value greater than zero, the lot/location record from will not be deleted by the Purge report- R4102P.
But we have encountered Business cases where the order will never be vouchered and has been handled as an exception basis locally at site. In such cases the fields AOPN, UOPN and FAP will be always be greater than zero and the lot/location will never be purged. There are about 100+ lot location with this case and not purged.
