Manufacturing queue time

Hi, is there documentation how the manufacturing queue time on the item branch calculated - does the user has to set up the queue time for the finished goods and how this is spli by operations?

e.g. Queue time finished good 10 days - 3 operations on routing

The jde doc mention about the Lead time per unit and lead time conversion factor - what is the difference between the tiwo?
