JDE E1 : Facing defferent issue in work with server process (p9861100) using jde 8.0 version

Dear All,

We are using ERP JDE 8.0 version. Jobs are not processing . when I checked in P9861100 Work with servers I saw some process are stopped. Can you please advise how can start that process.

\\oilerpappd\f$\OneWorld\ddp\B7334\system\bin32\jdesq ---in this folder I saw Process are stopped. can you please advise how can I start the process why this is occered.

How can start above red mark process. can you please advise why this happens.
