What do you mean of this message first patch after reimaging

[root@oak1 opt]# /opt/oracle/dcs/bin/odacli update-repository -f /opt/oda-sm-12.2.1.3.0-180504-server1of3.zip,/opt/p27648057_122130_Linux-x86-64_2of3.zip,/opt/p27648057_122130_Linux-x86-64_3of3.zip

DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: DCS servers are not available on all nodes, update repo will not be successful.
