We How to enable the attachment paper clip in AP_APXINWKB invoice entry for 12.2.5

We just upgraded from 11.5.10 to 12.2.5 and in AP_APXINWKB invoice entry, the attachment paper clip is not enabled. We used it in 11i and need to enable it in 12.2.5. I followed note:

R12: AP: How to Disable Attachments in Invoice Workbench APXINWKB? (Doc ID 1572678.1)

but it did not work.

How do I enable the attachment paper clip in invoice entry?

Also, my understanding is that it cannot be enabled for Invoice Batches. Is that correct?
