Use form personalization to automatically create a new line record in AP invoice entry ?
We have a request to automatically create a new line record in Payable invoice entry when invoice amount on header ($920.85) does not agree with the line total ($920.84, including taxes) in the example. Currently we have to do this manually to add a new line (for $0.01) to match line total to the invoice amount on the header (I know it can be adjusted, but we are not allowed to adjust it). We want to see whether it is possible to automate the new line record creation process
Please advise options to achieve this goal, Either through custom this form, custom.pll or form personalization. If form personalization can do it, how to do it ?
