Table Conversion from a Text File with French Accent Marks

Hello!

I’m trying to import French item descriptions into file F4101D.  These are in a fixed length text file.  I setup a table conversion to populate a custom table and then update F4101D from that custom table.

Many of these French descriptions have various accent marks, like “~ ` ^”. The issue is the Table Conversion UBE is it doesn’t interpret the string field properly.  The IC field convert these characters with accent marks to other characters such as the “?.”  See screen shots below.

Is there a way to import this type of data into the F4101D file and have it interpret these French words correctly?

Howdy, Stranger!
