Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to read concurrent out file from another EBS

I there is any way to read concurrent request output file ( Report ) form any other EBS without file transfer to destination .

Currently we are using pl/sql block for FTP of output file , But it required password need to set in pl/sql
