11g to 12c migration falling

Hi All,

I am trying to migrate or webcenter sites from 11g to 12c version.

Current version

weblogic : 10.3.6.0.171017

webcenter sites : 11.1.1.8

DB  : 12.1.0.2.0

Migrating to version details :

Weblogic : WebLogic Server 12.2.1.3.0

webcenter Sites : 12.2.1.3.0

DB  : 12.1.0.2.0

But when I am running the upgrade assistance to update the schema, it is falling with the below error in the upgrade phase.
