Can Demantra workflow's mailAddress be a generic or dummy Email ID?

Hi Team,

We are using one of our team's email ID for sending an email alerts from Demantra workflow. We would like to have a generic ID or dummy ID as a source instead of our email ID's. Please suggest your inputs.
